Garrett Douglas is an experienced educational leader with a strong background of service across various schools and districts. As the high school principal for Adams 14, he draws daily inspiration from the resilience, determination, and dedication of the students, staff, and families at Adams City High School and Lester Arnold High School.
Dr. Douglas believes that graduating on time is more than just a milestone—it is a critical foundation for long-term success in life. He is deeply dedicated to removing barriers to student achievement and fostering a collaborative culture where staff, families, and students work together to ensure every young person gets the future they deserve. Ultimately, his goal is to see every student graduate empowered, confident, and prepared for their potential.
