PhRMA STEM Pipeline Grant
On Friday, March 3, 2023, Lester Arnold High School (LAHS) held an event to highlight the PhRMA STEM Pipeline grant it received and to present plans on how the funds would be used. Plans included the purchase of additional resources and materials for the high school’s newly-implemented science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) class.

During the event, LAHS STEM/Science teacher Eli Jones shared information about the goals of the class, the partnerships with the Aldrin Family Foundation and Space Foundation, and the impact the funds would have on students. Additionally, STEM students had the opportunity to present the projects that they were currently working on. The event was attended by STEM students, PhRMA representatives, and LAHS and district staff and leaders, as well as by Colorado State Sen. Dominick Moreno, an Adams 14 alumni.
